| Professor Boister is an international authority in the study of the internationalization of criminal law. With his groundbreaking studies, Professor Boister opened up the field of transnational criminal law in all its depth. During his stay in Germany, Professor Boister intends to focus on the external influence of European criminal laws; in particular, he plans to examine the role of certain European actors in the formation of legal norms in United Nations treaties. |
